Attorney
Jackie is a California attorney with over a decade of experience litigating cases in state and federal court and before arbitral panels, as well as advising clients in-house.
After graduating magna cum laude from Hastings Law School (now, UC Law San Francisco), Jackie spent ten years litigating in the San Francisco offices of an AmLaw 50 law firm and a boutique litigation defense firm. During that time, Jackie represented some of the nation’s largest food, technology, consumer electronics, and retail clients in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters, with a special focus in consumer and consumer protection disputes. Jackie then joined a fast-growing technology company as litigation counsel in 2021, where she spent two years advising on litigation and risk management and getting an inside view on how businesses weigh legal risk, value cases, and target results to support the business more broadly. These experiences have given Jackie not only the “Big” and small law chops to manage all aspects of litigation effectively and efficiently, but also a bigger-picture orientation to drive results that work beyond the courtroom.
In 2023, Jackie took the plunge and went into business for herself. She manages her own practice, and will be supporting Don’s practice as Of Counsel. When she isn’t wearing her litigation hat, she’s busy with her three young children, volunteering in the Danville schools, gardening, cooking, running, re-learning French, and enjoying all the Bay Area has to offer.
