FINRA Inquiry
Although my case was out of Texas, and my office is in Connecticut, I elected to work with Don Davidson for representation in a FINRA inquiry. When it comes to securities litigation, having someone with vast experience representing the big firms, and competing against them, is critical. While other attorneys were willing to take on my case, they offered little hope of a positive outcome. Don was able to manage my FINRA inquiry and ultimately obtain the result I was looking for. While he fought on my behalf, I was able to keep my practice running efficiently. Had we lost my case or settled, I would have been forced to seek employment outside of the securities realm, which would have been a major lifestyle change for me and would disrupt my clients’ investment strategies. Don periodically reaches out to me to catch up and discuss whatever is on my mind. I plan on being in the industry for 20 more years, and if I ever need securities law advice or representation, Don will be my first call.
